2. Scope of services

Velvet Rocket Media LLC is a B2B game development studio. We design, build and certify HTML5 casino slots for operators, aggregators and platform partners. This website provides company info, portfolio demos, a blog and contact channels. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, browsing the site doesn't create a client relationship.

3. Demo games and social play

Free-to-play demos like Oscar Slots and our browser demo use virtual currency only. No real money can be won or lost on this website. Demos are for persons aged 18 and over. By playing a demo you confirm you meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction.

4. Professional services

Quotes, statements of work, master service agreements and licensing terms for commissioned development are governed by the specific contract signed between Velvet Rocket Media LLC and the client. Where a signed contract conflicts with these Terms, the contract wins for that engagement.

8. Disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability

Velvet Rocket Media LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from your use of the website or demos.
